Our Return Policy: Confident Curation, Easy Returns

We curate with confidence, but we understand that sometimes a color's sparkle doesn't translate as expected. Here's how we handle returns.

The Window: You have 30 days from the delivery date to initiate a return for a refund to your original payment method. The item must be in its original, unworn condition, with all tags, protective films, and packaging intact.

The Process: To start a return, please email returns@swatchroyalpopwatchesascolorfulgiftscuratedgiftshopforbirthdaysanniversariesandfriendpresentswithmoodmatchedpicksgiftwrappresentationandrecipientpersonalityguidesshop.com within the 30-day window with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide a pre-paid return shipping label and instructions. Returns sent without authorization may not be accepted.

Fees & Refunds: There are no restocking fees. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5-10 business days. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges & Final Sale: We currently offer refunds only, not direct exchanges. For a different item, please place a new order. Gift-wrapped items and personalized notes are considered final sale and cannot be returned due to their bespoke nature.

Our aim is to make the return process as thoughtful as our curation. If something didn't pop, let's fix it.
