Getting Joy to Your Doorstep

We process and pack your curated gift with precision within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). We don't rush the wrap—presentation is part of our promise.

Domestic (U.S.): We ship via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground, depending on your location for optimal speed and care. You'll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your gift departs our studio. Typical delivery is 2-5 business days after shipment.

International: We currently ship to select countries. At checkout, available options and any applicable duties/taxes will be displayed. Please note: international shipments may be subject to customs delays and import fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient. We cannot control these charges or delays.

All watches are securely packaged in our signature gift presentation, inside a sturdy shipping box. We track every package until it's marked delivered.
